Skip rental terms and conditions

1. The rental

SkipCOZA rents you a 2 m³ mini skip for the package period you choose. The price includes one delivery and the number of collections in your package.

2. Delivery and collection

We deliver and collect Monday to Friday in the time slot you choose (08:00–13:00 or 13:00–16:30). Times are estimates and may change because of weather, traffic or breakdowns. We will let you know if your slot changes.

3. Placement and access

You must provide safe, firm and level access for our vehicle and trailer. If the skip has to be placed on a public road or sidewalk, you are responsible for any permission needed. SkipCOZA is not liable for damage to driveways, paving or lawns where the skip is placed at your request.

4. Loading

Fill the skip level with the top. No hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos, batteries, gas bottles, tyres, medical waste or liquids. We may refuse to collect an overloaded skip or one with prohibited waste until it is corrected, and extra costs may apply.

5. Payment

A pro-forma invoice is issued when you book. You can pay online through Ozow or by EFT. The tax invoice is issued after delivery. Extra loads, extra days and failed deliveries or collections caused by no access may be charged.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge before the skip leaves our yard. If you paid online, we refund the amount to your bank account.

7. Responsibility for the skip

The skip stays SkipCOZA's property. You are responsible for it while it is on your premises and must not move it.
