Everything you need to know about hiring a mini skip from SkipCOZA.
How big is a SkipCOZA mini skip?
Our mini skips hold 2 cubic metres (2 m³). That is roughly 10 to 15 wheelbarrow loads, enough for most household clean-ups, garden jobs and small renovations.
How much does it cost to hire a skip in Bloemfontein?
A 3 Day or Weekend skip is R500, a Full Week is R900, and monthly options start at R1,500. Every package includes delivery and collection. See all prices on the Skip Packages page.
How do I book a skip?
Book online at skipcoza.com/book in about 3 minutes: choose a package, a delivery date and time slot, and pay online or by EFT. You can also call or WhatsApp us on 079 912 1272.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday in two time slots: 08:00–13:00 and 13:00–16:30. Choose your slot when you book.
Which areas do you serve?
We deliver across Bloemfontein from our yard at 2 Grey Street, Hilton. If you are outside town, call us for a quote.
What can I put in the skip?
Household junk, garden refuse, building rubble, soil, cardboard and wood. No hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos, batteries, tyres or liquids.
How full can I fill the skip?
Fill the skip level with the top. Overfilled skips can't be moved safely on the road, so we may need to remove the excess first.
How do I pay?
Pay online with Ozow instant EFT when you book, or choose EFT / account. You get a pro-forma invoice when you book and the tax invoice after the skip is delivered.
Will you tell me when the skip is collected?
Yes. We send you a WhatsApp and an email when your skip is collected.
Where should the skip be placed?
On firm, level ground our trailer can reach: a driveway, yard or the verge outside your property. Tell us about gates, gate codes or tight access when you book.
